The woman was taken to a hospital by a friend and her condition was not immediately reported, according to Lebanon City police.
Becky Metrick | [email protected] were called around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday to the area of 10th and Church streets for a well-being check, but when they arrived the caller said she was concerned about someone who had left before they arrived.
About 10 minutes later, officers were dispatched to a hospital, where a 29-year-old woman arrived with two gunshot wounds, police said. Police said the incidents were related, with the woman being taken to the hospital by a friend after the shooting.The circumstances of the shooting are under investigation, but police said they do not believe it was random.
