Zazuli Johan berkata, tindakan penguatkuasaan ke atas syarikat gagal melangsaikan tunggakan GST, termasuk pendakwaan di mahkamah dan menyekat perjalanan ke luar negara pemilik syarikat.

Beliau berkata, pihaknya tidak pernah berdiam diri, sebaliknya mengambil pelbagai pendekatan dan tindakan bagi mendapatkan semula hasil negara itu. Beliau berkata, pihaknya turut menggalakkan syarikat terbabit tampil secara “sukarela” melalui khidmat nasihat dan program mengutip tunggakan itu. Melalui program itu, katanya, penal­ti atau surcaj dikurangkan sehingga 100%, tertakluk kepada syarat ditetapkan mulai 1 Feb lalu hingga 30 Sept ini.
