LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio - A Lorain County grand jury on Thursday found a 23-year-old man guilty of shooting two people in 2022, leaving one of them dead.
The jury found Chi’Sean Oglesby guilty of three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, four counts of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence following the shooting.Damarco McNairy, 22, of Euclid, died at the hospital. Danielle Dejarnette, 21, of Cleveland, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for her injuries.
“Evidence at trial showed that Oglesby knew his victims, had communicated about them coming over to his apartment prior to their arrival, and let them inside more than 20 minutes before he fired at them,” Lorain County Prosecutor J.D. Tomlinson said in a statement.
