Donald Trump's chances of becoming president again appear favorable, as he holds a massive lead to become the GOP nominee and beats POTUS in a recently released Harvard-Harris poll.

Trump currently leads the polling for GOP's presidential primary race at 55%, followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at 20%, former Vice President Mike Pence at 7%, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley at 4%, and business entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy at 2%. Trump also was far ahead of the competition when pitted against just one opponent, earning roughly three times the support when competing against Sen.

Trump boasted about the recent polling on social media, claiming he is beating Biden"everywhere" except in a recent poll by the Wall Street Journal. The poll found that about 55% of voters said they care more about eliminating"woke ideologies" in schools and businesses than just 27% who care more about protecting Social Security and Medicare benefits from budget cuts.

Though these numbers are favorable for Trump, the poll was not entirely good news for the former president, as just over half of voters, at 51%, believe he will win the GOP nomination in 2024. DeSantis, seen by most as Trump's biggest 2024 rival despite not announcing his candidacy yet, is seen as the most likely candidate to beat Trump in the GOP primary, followed by Pence and Sen. Ted Cruz .
