2023 Toyota Prius Prime: Check out the new plug-in hybrid:
Toyota claims that the new Prime will offer 50 percent more electric-only driving range than before, which means it will go around 38 miles on a charge.Detailed battery specs aren't available yet, but the lithium-ion battery pack is larger than in the standard hybrid model.
The 2023 Prius Prime looks pretty much identical to the standard hybrid model, unlike the previous car which had different front- and rear-end styling.Likewise, the Prime's interior gets the same makeover as the standard Prius. A 12.3-inch touchscreen is optional on the higher trims.Toyota claims that the Prime is the quickest of all the Prius models, with a claimed sprint to 60 mph of just 6.6 seconds.
