Found at the base of the Z range is the Z Sport, available with either a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic transmission. Positioned above the Z Coupe Sport is the Z Performance, priced from $49,990 for both the six-speed manual and nine-speed ‘auto, excluding the same destination and handling charge. Key upgrades enjoyed by the Performance over the Z Sport are a mechanical limited-slip differential, larger front and rear brakes complete with painted calipers, 19-inch Rays forged wheels, Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires, launch control, aluminum pedals, front and rear spoilers, and a rev-matching system for the manual gearbox.
Options available for the Z Sport and Performance include $1,295 premium two-tone paint, $1,695 Passion Red TriCoat paint, and an $895 two-tone paint scheme. Other options include splash guards, racing stripes, exterior welcome lighting, illuminated kick plates, and interior accent lighting.
