The Houston rodeo parade kicks off on Bagby and Walker Streets, and continues from Travis to Bell Street and then from Bell Street to Louisiana Street, according to the official website. The route then turns on Lamar Street before ending at Lamar and Bagby. Organizers said people should expect streets to be closed on Saturday morning as part of the parade and Rodeo Run starting at 8:30 a.m. with streets reopening around 2 p.m., according to the
