Set to be revealed on 18 January the DBS770 Ultimate’s twin-turbocharged V12 receives a power increase alongside tweaks to its chassis and design changes to improve aerodynamics. It will be limited to just 499 units.
As its name suggests, the DBS’s twin-turbocharged 5.2-litre V12 engine will be uprated to 759bhp , representing a 44bhp rise over the existing DBS model. However, an increase from the engine’s current 664lb ft isn’t expected due to the limitations of the ZF eight-speed automatic transmission driving the rear axle.
The DBS 770 Ultimate marks the beginning of Aston Martin’s comprehensive overhaul of its front-engined sports, GT and supercars.
