The owner of a stolen Mercedes-Benz sedan is a happy chappy after their car was found. It took police 20 years to come across the grey German luxury vehicle 280km away in a different province. The car had been stolen in KZN and found in the Free State.
It possibly goes to show just how far criminals will go to take one's possessions as the distance between Pinetown in KwaZulu-Natal and Harrismith in the Free State is 280km.
Several South African online users were disturbed after viewing footage of a vehicle that was stolen with ease and stealth,The footage was posted by Vehicle Trackers on Twitter and according to the post, the Toyota Hilux GD6 wasThe video shows a minibus drive around a parking lot before it eventually parks next to a Toyota Hilux bakkie. A few minutes later, the bakkie reverses out of the parking bay and drives out of the area with the minibus closely following from behind.
