19 News witnessed two young females in a scuffle with police who were then handcuffed and arrested outside of the mall in Fairlawn. A Medina couple who came to the mall hoping to eat dinner and do some shopping were confused by the large police presence and an ambulance, “We pulled up and asked and there’s a bunch of kids screaming and shaken up. It’s kind of scary. We were just trying to have a good time and I don’t want to get jumped or anything.”
