Two women are in critical condition after an illegal dirt bike they were riding collided with a SUV in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood.
Two women are in the hospital after the dirt bike they were riding was hit by a car in Frankford Monday night.
The 22-year-old was placed in critical condition and the unconscious woman was placed in extremely critical condition, police said.Preliminary information determined that the women were operating an illegal dirt bike with no turn signals, no lights and no license plates, Small said. They were going southbound on Kensington Ave. at Castor Ave. and a Ford SUV was going northbound on Kensington Ave. and made a left turn in front of the dirt bike.
