Investigators say the shooters pulled up in a blue truck and opened fire, hitting the two teenagers blocks away from the NRG Stadium, but there are no signs that it had anything to do with the game.

Responding officers said the teenagers were shot in the knee and leg but were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
