2 teens and 25-year-old killed in shootings in Manhattan and Brooklyn: NYPD
Police are investigating a double homicide in Manhattan and a third homicide in Brooklyn that left two teenagers and a 25-year-old dead on Sunday, the NYPD said.Officers arrived at East 128th Street and Lexington Avenue in East Harlem to find an 18-year-old woman with gunshot wounds to her head and back and a 25-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his head, according to the NYPD.
The 25-year-old was pronounced dead just before 10 p.m. and later identified as Harry Mendoza, a Washington Heights resident who lived less than two miles from the shooting.
