"Even today it’s surreal, it doesn't feel real…that my baby’s not coming home," the mother of one of the victims said, crying.said officers responded at about 9:20 p.m. Friday to the 3800 block of Dixon Avenue. When officers got to the scene, they found 18-year-old Camren Stacy on the ground outside of a vehicle, and 18-year-old Kamari Smith-Capps in the driver’s seat. Both men had been shot and died at the scene, DPD said.
"It’s taking everything I got to stand here and not fall down into a ball…because he was, they were our babies," she cried. "You took their life," Kamari's mom said of the shooter or shooters."It wasn’t, it wasn’t an accident. You took it!"
