Ex-Police Officer Arrested for Allegedly Soliciting Sex From DWI ArrestDonald Mercer, a former police officer from Cedar Hill, Texas, has been arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from a woman he arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI). Mercer resigned from the police department shortly after a complaint was filed regarding the August incident. According to an arrest warrant, Mercer pulled over a 26-year-old woman and after failing field sobriety tests, arrested her for DWI. During the ride to the hospital for a blood draw, Mercer allegedly kissed the woman and later, while in a secluded parking lot, asked for oral sex. The woman declined and the incident was captured on the officer's patrol car camera.
