A 21-year-old man, Enrique Malaquias Bonilla, has been charged with murder for allegedly dropping 23-year-old Sostenos Briones from a six-story parking garage during a robbery on September 26 at an apartment complex on Leona Street in Houston.
John Doe 49 is described as a white male between 45 and 65 years old with a dark goatee. There are at least five visual tattoos on him: 197 followed by possibly more unknown text on his left bicep, and additional tattoos on his left and right forearms and right bicep.Recognize this man?
