BREAKING OVERNIGHT: Two security guards are among three people shot outside a southeast Houston event venue early Saturday. UPDATES --
Police said a security guard confronted two suspects, possibly armed with rifles, and at some point, shots were fired. Two more security guards rushed to help the first guard.
The argument escalated later, and all three security guards pulled out their guns and fired back at the suspects, where at some point two of the three guards were hit. According to Willkens, another shooting took place down the street from the event venue where officers believe a third person was shot.
