Sa ulat ni Mark Salazar sa GMA News 24 Oras nitong Huwebes, sinabing nangyari ang insidente sa Barangay Mabolo nitong madaling araw ng July 14.
Nakita sa CCTV footage na sakay din ng motorsiklo ang biktimang enforcer na si Ronaldo David, na pinalo ng baril sa sikmura ng isa sa mga pulis.“Si sir Cabudoy po, gumaganun sa baril niya. Paglapit niya sa akin, nakaganito sa baril, sabi sa akin, ‘Gusto mo patayin na kita rito?’” ayon sa biktima.“Napatingin lang po ako sa kanila. Sasabihan ko nga sana na wala silang helmet sa unahan banda. Bigla na lang nila ako ginitgit at sabi sa akin ni Sir Cabudoy na, 'ang sama mo makatingin ah.
Ayon kay Manila Police District Director Brigadier General Arnold Ibay, dinisarmahan na ang dalawang pulis at isinailalim sa protective custody sa District Personnel Holding and Accounting Section.Dismayado si Valenzuela Mayor Wes Gatchalian sa ginawa ng dalawang pulis sa kanilang traffic enforcer.
