The new restaurant opens in Richardson on May 12, 2022.Dallas restaurant industry regulars Todd Conger and Greg Morris are opening two restaurants in the same Richardson shopping center, at the edge of the President George Bush Turnpike near CityLine.
The first is 42 BBQ Smokehouse + Market, a barbecue joint that sells brisket, pulled pork, turkey and sausage by the half pound alongside baked potatoes loaded with smoked meat. A few Cajun offerings like gumbo and oyster po’boys also made the menu.Chef Josh Bonee, a Nashville native who has worked in several Dallas kitchens, is leading the culinary team at 42 BBQ.Both restaurant kitchens will be run by Nashville native Joshua Bonee.
