HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. — Two children that were missing from Missouri were located in High Springs, Florida, in a grocery store Wednesday, a year after they first disappeared.
said that on Wednesday two abducted children from Missouri and their alleged kidnapper were located after a routine vehicle tag check that came back listing the owner as a fugitive. Officers tracked them down to a Winn Dixie grocery store reportedly with disguises.
