May, of Puyallup, Washington, was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash at 1:38 p.m. Saturday in the 3900 block of Montclair Road.Laney, of Bessemer, also left the roadway in his vehicle. The wreck happened at 2 a.m. Sunday in the 6200 block of Warrior River Road.
