Police said around 4 p.m. they responded to reports of a shooting on Seaboard Avenue. When they arrived, they found two victims with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.A man in his late teens and a woman in her late 30s were then transported to the hospital, according to JSO. JSO said the pair got into a dispute with an unknown party at the park. Soon after, four people wearing ski masks began firing at the man and woman.The Violent Crime Unit Detectives are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage, JSO said.
