TWO people were injured and 139 families were left homeless as fire razed a closely built community where houses were mostly made of light materials, the Bureau of Fire Protection reported Monday, August 21, 2023.
Morales said initial investigation showed the fire started at the residence of Joel Sali and spread to nearby houses mostly made of light materials. Morales said the conflagration was place under control around 10:35 p.m. Sunday, August 20, and declared fire out around 3:31 a.m. Monday, August 21.
