Two Guatemalan nationals were arrested on Monday for federal firearms offenses by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Texas Department of Public Safety.Anderson Morales-Calderon, 19, and Ever Morales-Calderon, 25, were arrested and charged with aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm as undocumented aliens.On Jan.

Further investigation revealed that both Anderson and Ever had illegally entered the U.S.If convicted, Anderson and Ever each face up to 10 years in federal prison. A federal district court judge will consider U.S. sentencing guidelines and other statutory factors in deciding on any potential sentence.The Troy and Lorena Police Departments assisted with the investigation.
