Council’s Vice President Cheryl Stephens and Councilman Patrick Kelly are introducing legislation Tuesday “urging” Executive Chris Ronayne “to immediately cease any additional” investment in Israel bonds and to create a policy prohibiting future investments in any foreign securities, a copy of the resolution reads.
