UPDATE: 2 charged for allegedly carjacking vehicle with child inside from Roxborough gas station
The suspects have been identified as Jeremiah Thomas and Milan Dean-Brewer. Both are 18 years old and from Montgomery County.According to the D.A.'s office, Thomas and Dean-Brewer jumped into a car that was still running while the girl's father went inside to make a purchase.
The suspects took off, the D.A.'s office said, but at one point the girl managed to escape when the suspects made a stop.The two suspects were eventually arrested after they crashed into a Whitemarsh Township police vehicle on Ridge Pike in Montgomery County. Both Thomas and Dean-Brewer are charged with carjacking, kidnapping, auto theft and related offenses.
