John Kreese (Martin Kove) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) facing off in front of their students in Cobra Kai custom image

Cobra Kai season 6, part 2's final episode came with two big moments likely to resolve a character's 40-year-old story. The tenth episode of this final season saw the Sekai Taikai break into complete chaos, as a massive brawl erupted and all rules were thrown out the window. Of course, the Karate Kid spinoff series is known for such moments, and this Sekai Taikai brawl served as an effective topper for the overarching story.

Johnny Saving Kreese Allows Cobra Kai's Final Episodes To Resolve Their 40-Year Feud Johnny & Kreese Could Be On A Better Path &#x2715 Remove Ads Johnny Lawrence and John Kreese have had an on-again-off-again father-son relationship for 40 years, beginning with The Karate Kid in 1984. For the majority of Cobra Kai, Kreese was attempting to get Johnny on his side, hoping to run the titular dojo together.

As previously mentioned, Kreese dropped his Eunjangdo before he reached Terry Silver during the Sekai Taikai brawl. Unfortunately, it was picked up by Kwon, one of Kreese's more violent students.

Whether Kreese effectively earns redemption in Cobra Kai season 6, part 3, will depend entirely on Johnny Lawrence.
