Officers responded to the area of Ridge and Springwood avenues at 2:15 p.m. and located Allah, who was suffering from a gunshot wound, officials said. He was rushed to Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly before 2:45 p.m., authorities said.
