Police released bodycam footage from inside an Oklahoma City home where two children were found covered in feces last month.Upon arrival, police found 24-year-old Dakota Dodd in the home and discovered the deplorable living conditions .The children were naked in a room with feces smeared all over the walls.fingernail beds, palms of their hands, feet, legs, and faces. According to an affidavit, the feces appeared to be dried out and not fresh.Police believe the feces was human.
Freeman is reportedly the mother of all three kids and Dodd is the biological father of the infant, and the step-father of the 3-year-old and 4-year-old.Crime scene investigators reportedly had to wear protective equipment to process the home due to the feces and urine. Investigators said the smell was overwhelming.
Freeman told officials the two older kids were locked in the upstairs bedroom for no more than two hours each day.Edmond spider collector arrested, accused of having explosive device in home He told officials the 3-year-old and 4-year-old were locked in the bedroom for at least 12 hours a day, and were locked in the bedroom overnight to make sure Freeman was able to sleep, and to keep the kids safe due to the neighborhood.Freeman stated she would allow the infant to play with the older two in the upstairs bedroom.Dodd and Freeman both said the living conditions for the children were neglectful.Dodd and Freeman were arrested and are each facing several counts of child neglect.
