Two people were arrested Friday near the Texas Rangers World Series parade after shots were fired in a parking lot near AT&T Stadium, according to media reports.
Just after 2:30 p.m., people from two cars got in an argument when one of the drivers attempted to reverse but the other car was blocking them, Arlington police toldAccording to the station, police said groups of people from both vehicles got out and started fighting. During the fight, Tommy Phonthalangsy, 37, took out a gun and fired shots in the air, police told the station.Court records show he is in Tarrant County custody.
