RICHLAND COUNTY, Ohio - The 27-year-old man accused of fatally shooting another driver during a road rage incident, is being held on a $1 million bond. Wesley Patrick pleaded not guilty to voluntary manslaughter at his arraignment in Mansfield Municipal Court Monday.

According to Ontario police, Patrick and the victim, Andrew Westlund, 42, were both traveling south on Lexington Springmill Road in the area of U.S. 30 Sunday.Police said Patrick told officers he rolled down his window and fired one round, striking Westlund.
