They said it required permits to clear the waterways so they could remove these vehicles, which they’re now investigating. U.S. Marshals told us any questions about the investigation into Keshaun’s disappearance have to go to Cleveland Police, since they’re the lead agency on the case. Wednesday, a spokesperson for BCI clarified “BCI was requested by the U.S. Marshals to assist as part of an ongoing investigation.”
