He knocked one out and punched the other, calling them racial slurs. He was high on PCP at the time. He ended up serving just 45 days in jail for the latter crime.
During the hearings preceding the trial, Bryant's lawyer, Pamela Mackey, continuously named her in open court, and her name was easily leaked, causing television vans to camp out outside her parents' house. This has led outlets such asto note that the woman declined to testify because"Bryant’s defense team badly intimidated the victim and smeared her reputation."
The case did garner plenty of media attention and Bryant was dropped by several sponsors, but he continued to play basketball and his fame only grew.against him for sexually assaulting her in the early '90s. She claims Tyson violently raped her in his limo after meeting him at a club. Tyson still went on to compete in boxing.the soccer star of sexual assault in Las Vegas in 2009 and was paid $375,000 in"hush money," signing an NDA.
