Happy Harvest Festival!! Korean Chuseok is a mid-autumn festival that is celebrated for three-days in South Korea, also known as Korean Thanksgiving. Koreans visit ancestral hometowns and share a feast of Korean traditional foods! Chuseok is one of the biggest and most important holidays in Korea and we are excited to open our doors to share one of these days of celebration with you.

This year’s class will be a collaboration between 18 Reasons’ Chef Elise and Jessica Ann of Nikoniko Gifts! Not only will you create a delicious and auspicious meal, Jessica will teach you the tips and tricks behind proper Korean Bojagi wrapping so you can take home your own gorgeous jar of kimchi.

This menu contains the following common allergens: Soy, Wheat, Shellfish, Eggs. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions that concern your ability to cook along, please e-mail [email protected] before purchasing a ticket.Born and raised in Colorado, Elise Hayashi grew up in a family where knowing how to use a paring knife was more important than riding a bicycle.
