A 17-year-old boy was shot Thursday outside a Ralphs store in Granada Hills following a high school football game, police said.
Friday, August 23, 2024 6:16AMA 17-year-old boy was recovering Friday after he was shot outside a Ralphs store in Granada Hills following a high school football game across the street.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department's Devonshire Station, a group of young people were hanging out after a football game at Granada Hills Charter High School. Police said he ran inside the Ralphs store and was later rushed to the hospital. The teen is expected to be OK. "The well-being of our students is paramount. We are offering counseling services and support to any students who may feel distressed by this event."
