A 17-year-old is behind bars after an 18-year-old was found dead Wednesday afternoon in a car in far northeast Dallas.Police were called about 12:45 p.m. to a crash in the 9200 block of Skillman Street, near Interstate 635, and found that the driver of the car had been shot several times.
