Money goes to World Central Kitchen in Ukraine, an effort led by humanitarian chef José Andrés.

Britlyn Dalton, left, and Bryce Bennett, who work at Rodeo Goat in the Dallas Design District, are among the dozens of restaurant workers in D-FW wearing Ukraine-themed shirts. A $1 donation is being added to the bill at more than 30 restaurants in the U.S.; 17 of them are in Dallas-Fort Worth.Customers at Flying Fish, Flying Saucer, Rodeo Goat and Meddlesome Moth restaurants across the country will find an added $1 donation at the bottom of every bill.

“We can’t just sit here and eat our burgers. We can’t just sit here and drink our beer,” says Wynne about the war in Ukraine. He owns just over 30 restaurants nationwide, and nearly all of them will be enacting the $1-per-bill donation. Seventeen of those restaurants are in North Texas.
