The small town of Tree Hill seemed to be a massive attraction despite its relatively small population and venue. At one point, Peyton even ended up dating Pete Wentz... while she was a high school student... which is pretty weird.Lets not even touch on how Dan somehow managed to earn himself a redemption arc on the show after killing his own brother.
She later dates Jasper, the nephew of the man she killed, who eventually blackmails her with evidence of the hit-and-run, sets fire to Liam's boat, and I guess just disappears until Season 5. Hmmmmm.
