Agricultural damage stands at P62.6 million, while damage to infrastructure was pegged at P20.5 million.
The shear line brought moderate to heavy rains with, at times, intense rains over parts of the southern part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, according to the state weather bureau. Meanwhile, a low-pressure area off Surigao City in Surigao del Norte would cause rainfall over several areas on Wednesday some of which are still reeling from the damage of the shear line rains, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
The LPA would bring rains over Palawan, a huge part of Visayas, the Zamboanga peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and even the Davao Region, said Pagasa.
