Officers found a man with at least one gunshot wound; he was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries. The teenager was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall on suspicion of homicide. SJPD is investigating the motive and circumstances regarding the shooting.SJPD said this was the city’s eighth homicide this year.
