I was a history teacher prior to cooking. Working as an academic and a teacher guided my approach to cooking in that I appreciate the importance of being both a perpetual student and a leader/coach.What is the most important advice you give to people starting out?Matt has an incredible sense of the role he and his team plays in the overall guest experience.
