Six of the state’s 10 priciest homes were in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to a July list from the Houston Association of Realtors. The association uses information from local listing services throughout the state, including North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.The data was compiled before the end of the month, so some homes listed in late July may be included in August’s rankings. Some homes listed in late June may have made the July list.
“It’s just so striking,” Baldwin said. “When you’re in it, it almost seems like a neutral in a weird way. But it is very striking and absolutely gorgeous.” The backyard is landscaped with ample space near the home’s long pool. The large corner lot also provides privacy. Your neighbors likely won’t see you back there, Baldwin said.The property was owned by Michael and Natalie McGuire. Michael McGuire is co-managing partner and CEO of Andrews Distributing Company, one of the nation’s largest beer and spirits distributors. His wife is a co-managing partner at the firm.
“It’s in the best Highland Park location,” Baldwin said. “To me, I just think this is very much a ‘you have arrived’ type of home and estate. I just love this house.”in Westlake hit the market. The 10,466-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one partial bath. The newly-built home sits on just over an acre. Some of the more interesting features include a six-car garage and a sports court for basketball or pickleball enthusiasts.in University Park.
