PETALING JAYA: Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, 15 petugas kesihatan, termasuk 3 daripada sektor swasta dijangkiti Covid-19.
Beliau berkata, seorang daripada 12 kakitangan kerajaan itu kini dirawat di unit rawatan rapi dan memerlukan bantuan pernafasan. “Virus ini tidak mengenal sempadan, tanpa mengira status bangsa, agama atau nilai harta anda, tambahan lagi jika anda seorang petugas kesihatan di barisan hadapan medan perang ini.anda. Duduk di rumah,” katanya dalamIni menyusul rayuan pihak berkuasa supaya orang ramai terus berada di rumah dan tidak menyertai sebarang aktiviti luar, termasuk bersenam.
Terdahulu, Menteri Pertahanan, Ismail Sabri Yaakob mengumumkan tentera akan digerakkan mulai Ahad ini untuk membantu polis memantau pematuhan perintah kawalan pergerakan bagi memastikan rakyat terus berada di rumah dalam usaha membendung penularan Covid-19.
