MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Police arrested 15 people engaged in illegal gambling in a week-long anti-criminality campaign in Tarlac province.Colonel Erwin Sanque, Tarlac police director, said 62 crime suspects were apprehended from Dec. 26 to Jan. 3.
He said police confiscated P9,000 bets from persons caught playing cards and tossing coins, adding that they would be charged with violating laws against illegal gambling.
