While the upscale catering and private chef side of the business remains, cooking class dinners are on hold for the foreseeable future. In their place, the husband and wife team open their doors on Thursday evenings for a four-part happy hour menu — a meat, fish, veg, and pasta such as pork rib culurgiones in brodo. Diners can also take home bottles from a well-curated selection of small-production natural, organic, or biodynamic wines or frozen stuffed pastas to be heated at home.
