The first 11 are yes/no questions, and the remaining two questions are open-ended.1. My manager gives me actionable feedback that helps me improve my performance. Leadership development requires leaders to provide employees with concrete feedback that employees can use to bolster performance.

I want people on my team who offer fresh perspectives, even if they are different than mine or challenge my way of thinking.
