The media outlet spoke to the child's mother, Myisha Hall, who said her daughter was bullied for several weeks by the same girls who beat her child."I'm mad and I'm disappointed. How can I drop my daughter off every day and not wonder what could happen. She's defenseless. She can't walk," Hall told the media outlet.
