By12 alleged members of a drug trafficking organization operating in Philadelphia's Kensington section have been indicted on narcotics and guns charges.A dozen people have been indicted by a grand jury in connection to a drug trafficking organization that has been running out of Philadelphia's Kensington section for the last year and a half.
Wilfredo Avila, 30, of Philadelphia, is facing the bulk of the serious charges and is accused of being the leader of the operation. "Our law enforcement teams went to 14 locations, executed multiple warrants and arrested over 12 suspects," said Eric Degree, Special Agent in Charge with ATF Philadelphia.
