Here are some things you can do to kick off summer 2024 that won’t cost anything at all (except sometimes parking fees)
We all know that Memorial Day is about remembering the people who served us and lost their lives defending our country.
: Here’s your chance to enjoy military bands, flyovers and board real Navy ships in port on this annual Memorial Day weekend event. Go early. To go on board a ship, adults must bring a current, government issued ID and catch a shuttle bus from the Expo center next to the Battleship Iowa at 250 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro. Non-US Citizens must bring passports. Minimum age is 5 years and you must be able to climb ladders. No strollers.
