เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการมิกซ์ยูสร่วมกันอย่างโครงการ ‘ดุสิต เซ็นทรัล พาร์ค’ บนที่ดินผืนงามขนาดกว่า 23 ไร่ ตรงมุมถนนสีลม – พระราม 4 โดยดุสิต เซ็นทรัล พาร์ค เป็นมิกซ์ยูสมูลค่ารวม 46,000 ล้านบาท พื้นที่รวม 440,000 ตารางเมตร ประกอบไปด้วย 4 อาคารด้วยกัน คือ-อาคารสำนักงาน Central Park Offices พื้นที่ 130,000 ตร.
